I live in a planned condo community for seniors. My phone , along with my neighbors that have Verizon constantly have dropped calls.
We have talked to Verizon but nothing seems to be getting done about the problem. Help!

What zip code are you having this issue at? Has this always been the experience at that location or was this something that recently changed?
Also, we want to make sure this is not just happening indoors. We need to know this information, since it is common for the structure of a home to block or absorb cellular signals.
