Your phone will say LTE next to Verizon's name.

i don't show the LTE next to their name, although I'm suppose to be an 4G area.

If your inside a building there is not guarantee of service inside. Have you tried turning lte off and then back on?

You can try removing and reinserting the sim card.

It's all ok. I guess was not in a 4G area.
