d.k4,

Having a fully working phone for your line is important. Let's get a little more details on this from you. Is this a Verizon iPhone you are trying to use internationally or with another carrier? Please check out this link with our device unlock policy: http://vz.to/1KxCD73.

if the phone is a iphone 5 or newer i.e. 5, 5c, 5s, 6, 6 plus, the phone is already unlocked. older than a 5, need to call in to tech to get a unlock code

Hi, I am also looking to have a verizon device unlocked. I purchased a used iPhone 6 while I was in the US and was able to use it with a T-mobile sim. However, having returned home (jamaica), I can't seem to get it to accept my international sim card.

I was recently informed that the phone has an incorrect activation policy and can only be rectified by verizon or apple. I have checked and know that the phone is not blacklisted or stolen.

Is there anyway you could help?
