how do i change my apple id on my iphone 6

i have a new apple id but my iphone 6 reverted to a previous date (last June) and my old apple id is showing up how do I change it?

Also, can i revert my phone to last weeks status?

if you want to revert to all data from your other iCloud account you need to reset the device and set it up again using your other apple id. Settings>General>Reset> Reset all Content and Settings.
