I recently upgraded to an iphone 6 and the verizon store transferred everything over to my new phone. There are still 2 apps stuck in pending or waiting (grayed out) and it has been several hours. Will they eventually download?
Have you tried tapping on those apps to see if anything happens? Are you using wifi? If the apps are larger than 100 mb then you will need to use wifi to download them.
