I'm actually having the same issue, would you be able to help me with my order? It was expected 09/19 when ordered, then changed to 10/7 and now its Not available. If this is the case, I would probably cancel my order, and go the apple store, but I need to know for sure what is the accurate information.

I'm in the same boat as many who ordered iPhone 6 plus (two actually). One
says 9/19 in the email confirmation and the other says 10/14 but when I
check online its "still processing" for both.
Naturally my main concern is the 9/19 delivery.
Can you help?

Support is no help, they are just checking the status site and give you the same information. Just have to sit and wait until they get everything sorted out I guess

@LenaA_VZW I am having the same problems with checking my order status. The order is found but there is no shipping date and the original hold on my credit card has now disappeared. Does this mean there is a problem with my order?

The issue Verizon is that we pre-ordered our iPhone 6 plus in the wee hours of the morning, receive an email of the delivery date with our pre-order confirmation number yet when we check the status we get the expected ship date is not available at this time nor can we find anyone at Verizon that can tell us where and when to expect the phones. I know I paid full price for mine to have it on launch day yet when I check I get the same notice as everyone else. However, some people are claiming they are getting shipment notifications.
Why can't anyone at Verizon give us the help we need?
