I'm having battery issues with my barely month old iPhone 6 Plus. I've been to Apple's "Genius" bar twice now and still no resolution. They say my settings are to blame, which I don't think is the case because my settings haven't change since the initial set-up and they started 2 weeks in. Apple says nothing is wrong with the phone and can't offer any services. Is there anything Verizon can do to resolve this issue?
