My backlight died a few weeks ago and received my replacement device. All is fine except when I go grocery shopping (at Meijer- a multistate chain retailer like Walmart). The other day I was in the store for a few minutes and my phone tells me that I don't have a sim/service and need to activate. I cannot do anything until I complete the process. Last night it happened again, except a total of 4 times. It hasn't happened anywhere else. How do I fix this?
We do not want you to have to keep reactivating your phone. Is the location of Meijer far from your actual home location? Does the phone begin to reactivate itself as soon as you leave the store? Have you tired removing and reinserting the SIM on your device and then testing? http://vz.to/1f9sqUd

The Meijer location is a few miles away from my home. About a ten minute drive. I'm not sure if it activates on its own when I leave. I haven't let it remain unactivated since I use several apps to manage my shopping list and experience. I have not reinstalled the SIM but I can try that before my next shopping trip.
