iPhone 6 shipment canceled without my request

I spent >2 hours trying to order my iPhone 6 online, and then had to call in for another hour to do order because there was an unstated rule online that required the shipping address, credit card address, and account address to all match.  At the time, I requested the processing fee to be credited to my account, but was denied this.  I ordered the phone 3 weeks ago, with expected shipment of the phone on 11/14, for which I received a confirmation e-mail.  Today I received an e-mail notification that my order was canceled.  Dear Verizon, I expect more from you.  For one, you did not compensate me for my wasted time by removing any processing fees in my order, and for another, YOU HAVE NOW CANCELED MY ORDER?!?!?!  This is preposterous, and I am on the very verge of canceling my plan with you if you do not address this issue immediately.
