Good morning, everyone! I ordered a 64GB iPhone 6 on October 10th and was given the ship date of October 24th. I received an immediate conformation by email of my order with that shipping date and a subsequent email on October 17th confirming again. I still do not have my new iPhone, nor do I have any updates on its status. Verizon's Customer Service has always been great in the past, but I feel completely in the dark about what is going on. When I check "My Order Status" online, it still tells me my order is processing. How can I find out what is really happening with my order?
