So, I've been a long time Android user currently with a galaxy s3. Looking to upgrade to an iPhone 6.
Thing is, I tend to keep the phone on mute everything EXCEPT the alarm which I turn all the way up.
I read somewhere that the iPhone has ONE universal volume across all apps. Is that true?
Thanks. Dean

It's definitely a good idea to make sure a phone will work for your habits before you purchase it, DeanHarris. The iPhone has a Do Not Disturb setting and a Silent Mode switch located on the side of the phone. Do Not Disturb will still allow your alarm to go through since technically this isn't someone else disturbing you, just yourself.
