Is it true on September 19th, Verizon will let you trade in your old iPhone (4,4s,5,5s) as long as it is still working and will give you a $200 gift card for the iPhone 6 16GB?
Great question Kimberley10. I was unable to locate any information about this promotion. We currently have a trade in and trade up promotion happening now. I feel like, at the very least, the support staff here should have the most basic access to Verizon systems and tools. Either the support team is too inept to search and follow the breadcrumbs or they are hoping to intentionally give the wrong information.

Retail and B2B customers can receive a $200 trade-in gift card to use towards the purchase of an iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus when trading in an iPhone 4, 4s, 5 or 5c. Retail and B2B customer can receive a $300 trade-in gift card to use towards the purchase of an iPhone 6 or 6 Plus when trading in an iPhone 5s. Any iPhone 4, 4s, 5, 5c or 5s from any carrier is eligible. On or before 9/30/14, retail customers should either trade in the old device at a VZW Retail store or submit the device trade-in online at trade-in.vzw.com. Customers trading online have to return devices to VZW by 12/1/14. Gift cards may take 4 to 6 weeks to process.
This information and the promotion they are asking about have been plastered all over the front page of the Verizon website... and the internet.
