iPhone 6s Preorder hasn't shipped

I ordered my iPhone 6s Gold (64 Gigs) at a Verizon store on 9/15. The person at the store said it would ship on 9/30, but it hasn't and I haven't gotten any emails saying it shipped! HELP!

Call Verizon to make sure your order exists and to see if any info is available. If it is still back ordered that would be why you haven't had an email saying it shipped.

Turns out the order was canceled for some reason so we called and re-ordered it.
