Making sure you can always count on your device is crucial. When a battery needs replacing we want to make it easy. Our stores don't do replacements as we don't make or manufacture the phone. There are a few routes available to get it replaced though. An Apple store can do so in store or the phone can be sent in for replacement. You can find details at http://apple.co/1O8yAV1
