Woke up to my phone unable to load anything, tried to hard reset. It reset but as soon as it opens to the apple logo screen nothing happens past that. I tried to plug it into my computer to open it on iTunes but it says it can't do anything until I unlock my phone (which I obviously cannot do).
Someone help!
Oh no, kmtandy23. I rely on my phone as my main point of contact and would be lost without it. We definitely want to make sure we get your phone up and running again. Has there been any damage to the phone? Have you tried leaving it on the charger to make sure there is a charge before powering up?
