I ordered iPhone 6 on October 6 said it would be delivered by October 31. Got notice that it shipped October 22, got it October 26...took old iPhone 5 to local Verizon Store. got help with new iPhone 6 AND they inspected by iPhone 5 and immediately gave me a credit to my Verizon account for $200. GREAT VERIZON CUSTOMER SERVICE AS USUAL
