@DEBWES84 having a working keyboard is a must. Let's get this resolved. Just to confirm you are having trouble with the onscreen keyboard for your iPhone 6S (not a Bluetooth keyboard or some other accessory right)? Does this happen in all applications? If not, which ones? When did this begin? Have you tried restarting your phone?

I'm also having issues with the keyboard since the update a few days ago. The phone goes right to the voice input and there's no way to close it (clicking the X does nothing). This is typical whether using text messaging or a browser. I have an HTC10 which has been awesome until now. If only half of my phone works, does that mean I only have to pay half of my bill this month? Help please!

Is the keyboard failing to come up in any app? Messenger and Safari? If so, try navigating to keyboards in your settings and verify it's still set to the default English one.

(Settings > General > Keyboard > Keyboards)

If it is, try toggling it to another one and back. If there's no change after that, you may need to reset settings (Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings). Keep in mind that while that won't delete any of your apps or files, it will undo any settings customizations you've done.

For the HTC 10, I'd recommend the samer. Try going to (Settings > Language & keyboard > Virtual keyboard) and try toggling the keyboard there to a different one.

Since that device is Android, you can also try going to App manager, press the three dots on the top-tight and select "Show system" from the menu, then try finding your keyboard among the apps there and clearing cache and/or data for it.
