I did delete my email account and now I cannot add it back. UNABLE to set up account. Authentication failed. Not sure what else to do. HELP please.

What type email account, POP3, IMAP, Exchange? Is it through a company domain or Gmail, Yahoo etc?
mine isn't working either for some reason. it's the default mail program. it's both my yahoo and work email within this app. google sends fine.
