For the last couple weeks I thought my phone has had a virus or some kind of glitch. I have taken it and talked to support with no avail to this issue. its like the phone just does what it wants when it wants to. At times it wont let me do anything at all. I have resent it so many times about to throw it. Anyone else have this issue?

No worries, we will help you find a solution to this. What make/model phone you have and when did this issue begin? Any new app download or software update?
