My phone is about a month old and for some reason I have an issue with it randomly rebooting. It usually always happens when I let it charge for a few minutes
You will be advised to try the usual (reset, restore) but if you have an Apple Store in your area I would recommend scheduling an appointment and having them check it out. It may be a hardware failure. If so they will immediately replace it.
