while on the road today, I tried to access the map app, error message came up "couldn't connect to wifi"
who didn't it connect to cellular data?
Could I have changed a setting?
Would appreciate any help.
Do you have voice and data roaming turned on?
Turn off the phone completely (hold sleep/wake button until turn off slide comes up. After off for 30 seconds or so, press the sleep/wake button until an Apple logo comes up).
