Would i be able to port my iphone 6 plus thru verizon to boost mobile? (transfer from verizon to boost)

The though of you leaving us really saddens me. What’s going on with your current Verizon Wireless device or service that has you thinking of leaving? Allow me to help.

And as @rcschnoor advised, you can port your number to a different carrier. Your number must be in an active state to port out to a different carrier.
