Signal used to be fine 2-3 bars, steady decline to now 1 bar or no service over the past year.  Verizon has been no help

What is the city that you're having trouble in, and a nearby intersection to the trouble area? Does this happen primarily indoors, or outdoors as well? How far from this area must you travel to see improvement?
