The external speakers on my brand new iPhone 6 suddenly stopped working (I found this out when I tried to talk with someone on speaker phone).
Has anyone else experienced this? And have you had any success fixing it?
I've tried muting and unmuting, plugging and unplugging the earphones (which work), turning the phone off and on, and resetting the phone. None of those has worked.

That's definitely not a normal thing to have happen! How long have you had the phone for and where did you purchase it from? If you tap the Volume buttons on the side, without the headphones plugged in, does it increase the volume but say "Headphones" by chance?
