I'm receiving the verizon message "the number you have reached is no longer in service, has been changed ..." This is incorrect - what do I need to do?

Being able to communicate with loved ones is important. Let's work together on this. Did you try dialing the number from a different phone? Are you able to dial out to other numbers or is it the same for all numbers? Please advise we want to make sure your calls go through the first time. We are here to help.
