time zone in calendar entry

After a calendar entry is added, the time zone resets to "GMT" and 2 alarms are added.  How can I fix this?   In the settings, the time zone is set correctly.

We want to get you to the right time in your calender wcone! Are you using the calender on your phone or an application? Is the calender set up with your email service? Please share details.
