trying to set time restrictions on family base plan 12:00 am to 12:00 am, not working...any ideas

I followed their process of power off the phone, setting the restriction, saving it and then powering the phone back on.

I have no other restrictions set for any of the other phones on this account.

Typo?  12 am to 11:59 pm maybe?

YOu might want to look into Apple parental controls instead, or in addition to Family base.
