why can't unlock my IPHONE 6?

Hi,I live in CHINA and has bought a US iPhone 6 on ebay. But I'm not able to activate the unit with my CHINA SIM-card. I have found out that the activation policy description for this unit says; US GSM/VZW N61/N56 Service Policy. Is there a way to get this unit activated with a CHINA SIM-card?
