Why can't I call someone in my contact list by pressing the phone key under their name without having to daily the entire number again?
DeeO, having to redial a number would drive me batty as well. That action certainly sounds odd. To clarify, if you go to your contacts list, and pick a contact, you will see a message bubble and a phone symbol. If you tap the phone symbol, does your phone automatically dial out?

That is correct. And my phone automatically dials out, but I get a recording that wants me to redial the number I just tried to call.
Thanks for clarifying that information for me. Let's keep working to find out what's going on. How is the dialing pattern in your phone? Does it show a 10 digit or 7 digit number in the contact name?
