I really don't see what this is going to do, but I'm at a loss, and I can't even believe I was conned into upgrading, in belief that I would receive a $500 credit.
I came in to a Verizon store early October, because I wanted to add my brother to my plan, but also upgrade. I decided to upgrade, because of the $500 I could receive for my Iphone 7. I opted for two Iphone 11 pros. After trading in my Iphone 7, the day I got my Iphone 11 pro, I was told it would take up to 3 - 4 billing cycles to be applied (which I didn't mind waiting). I've talked to not 1, not 2, not even 3, but 4 agents regarding this issue. The first agent stated they could see where I traded in the phone, and that I was eligible for the $500, BUT said I needed to fill out a trade in form in order for it to go through (Filled out over two weeks ago, and kept being told to wait a few days). Why wasn't this done at the store? who knows. After talking to the other last three agents, they are saying they see nothing about a $500 credit.
I'm so fed up and tired of getting the runaround with agents, and the store. It's very frustrating to stay with a service, that pulls you in with promotions, yet you never see them.
