I ordered a new phone online (on contract) for my fiancé on my plan and I got the phone In the mail today and on my account it gave me a phone number, however the phone says no sim and is acting like it’s not activated. I tried calling customer support and I kept getting transferred back and forth and holding and my phone was dying so I couldn’t stay on the call. Would like some insight on how this could be fixed.
We know how important it is to be able to stay connected wmwooden, and we are sorry to read you are still having issues. Did you already try removing the SIM card and inserting it again? Are you currently in an area with strong 4G signal?
