All of a sudden on March 1st, my whole text message thread with 1 contact completely disappeared and started a new thread. Years and years of messages gone? But all other messages from other contact are unaffected. It’s not an apple issue since it is an sms message and not an imessage. Tried all the troubleshooting with resetting network settings. Doing a factory reset. Resetting to the last backup before messages were erased. Fix this Verizon, I didn’t delete these messages. They just up and disappeared one day from just 1 contact.
