I am another long-time Verizon customer that is very disappointed. We had plans to upgrade my daughters phone to the iPhone 7 for $10 per month as her Christmas present. We were told as many other customers that the promo would run until the 24th. When we went in to sign the paperwork we were told that Verizon had pulled the iPhone 7 from the promo for no apparent reason. They said there wasn't anything they could do. We weren't interested in any of the other phones they were offering so my daughters Christmas was ruined. I spoke with a Verizon rep on the phone and she said to wait until a few days after Christmas for other promos to be rolled out. I have seen a new ad with Verizon deals but they do not include the iPhone 7. This is poor customer service, especially toward a loyal Verizon customer. Please do something to fix this.

There isn't anything that will be done about the promo that ended but historically there are additional promos that start after he holidays. Sometimes right after the new year. Or you can check to see if there are any retailer offers that interest you (but it sounds like you're wanting one that gives you lower monthly device payment fees).

I just went to Verizon's website and this offer is still listed. It's in with the "specials" that scroll across the screen when you log onto their website.

It's another promo that started again yesterday. Can't remember if the one before Christmas required a trade in but this one does. So anyone that missed it originally and still want to do it they need to go ahead and do it asap since there are no guarantees for how long this one will run.

I apologize kaebfly. I saw your post of yesterday but didn't catch that you said it started again. I posted the same comment in two other threads. I got my 7 Plus in September but I thought if it's on their site now they better honor it. Thanks for setting me straight. I best read a little slower. Ha.

Unfortunately my daughter's phone is not new enough for us to qualify for the trade in offer. So I guess we are out of luck. I am still disappointed in Verizon.

She has an iPhone that's older than a 5/5S/5C? If she has at least that one you could get the iPhone 7 or 7 Plus for $20 (or more if you want the 128 or 256).

If you qualify for the current Promo you can take advantage of it...even if you purchased at full retail because you missed the other promo as long as you are still in the return period. You would have to pay the $35 restocking fee but it may be worth it.
