Hello. I ordered a phone from Verizonwireless.com I received it today. The last phone I ordered had issues when I tried activating it. Verizon customer service was no help. It wasn't until I called a number with an automated system to accept terms & conditions for my order that it actually activated. Does anyone know that number? Has anyone had the same experience?
Since this post was from June, I would like to know if you were able to find a solution to this since I also am figuring this one out? Thanks.
