Surprise Surprise once again Verizon makes things so much more difficult than they need to be. Apparently unless you are the owner of the account you can not check to see if you are eligible for an upgrade. That is not trying to use an upgrade it is simply I can not even check to see if MY phone is eligible to upgrade. There is no complaints area because it would be flooded with so many people telling Verizon they suck at wireless service/sales. Congrats on being an awful company with terrible customer service and once again my complaint will be ignored and Verizon will keep over charging and making money on people they have been so terribly awful towards. Oh and BTW wtf is the point of having to make a completely separate login id to get access to customer service which is the worst service in the country.
