I have several months of over-billing on my Verizon account. I have tried a few times to get credits issued but the customer service team tells me I am not due any credit. I am terribly frustrated. Any ideas on a channel other than the customer service team that can assist me with this issue? Thank you

Can you explain in more detail what you think the the error is and why you believe you are being over billed? Perhaps the community members can provide possible clarification on what is happening or ways to explain it to the VZW reps to a satisfactory resolution.

Without knowing what the credits are far, it's very well that the credits aren't valid.
