Why hasn't my call log usage on the Verizon website not updated in several days?
While we would always want to help with what we can, we do need a little more info to best assist with this. Are you referring to a Call Log on your phone, or when viewing your usage in My Verizon? If My Verizon, do you see other usage not including calls?
