I havent complaint about the throttling until now. I can understood my service will be throttled after using a certain amount of data but this is ridiculous. I use my phone a lot during my commute and exceed the data limit every month and every month my speeds are reduced to almost non existent. However, this past 2-3 weeks my speeds are so low that not even the IPhone 7 apps load the content or they take 2-3 minutes to load. Even when I try to use my transportation app it takes 3 minutes to load the information. Also why Verizon doesn’t have an official channel to submit complaints other than Facebook or Twitter? I would prefer an email or online form if possible.
