My card just got charged on Saturday 9/24. No shipping information. When should I expect my phones?

Imswany, I really do understand your concern with not being able to see your tracking number yet. Please give it a little time. Once the phone goes out for shipping the site will update in the order history part of the site.

If you had just ordered, current shipping times appear to be 10/19/2016.

On the iPad app it shows Shipment Date: 9/24. I can't find the tracking information, even tried calling *611 and it only says that it will be delivered in the next two business days. Just trying to find out so I can secure someone being home to sign for the FedEx package.

Wondering why my card was charged yesterday? 9/24... had a ship by date of 9/23.  Ordered 9/9 12:24am

and now shipdate today was changed to 10/5? Lost on this one .. any ideas ?

Mine did the same with delivery dates. About an hour ago it updated with a ups ground2 tracking number. I never received any emails or text alerts from Verizon. Now waiting on UPS system to update so I can figure out my delivery date.

It seems they realized that they took everyone's shipping date off and now they're just putting them back. I'm sure that since your card has been charged, they either have it ready to ship or they have shipped it. Normally, I would go with it has already been shipped but it seems like they're a little lost on what's going on so that may not be the case this time. My shipping date just got put back too, 10/19 but still says processing. I don't see why they put it as processing for this long.

​I originally ordered two phones 7+ 128GB Rose Gold and 7+ 128GB Jet Black with confirmation at 12:21PST on 9/9. When I ordered the Rose Gold my delivery date was 9/16. When I added the Jet Black it changed to 10/5. The the system changed it a day later to show 9/28 ship date. On 9/24 my card was charged. On 9/25 the system finally showed a UPS tracking number. The morning of 9/26 I received an email with tracking number. As of now the UPS keeps telling me there is no information on my tracking number. So still not sure what day I am receiving my phones.
