Disney+ prompting me to enter payment info

 I have followed all of the steps Verizon provides to start my Disney+ subscription. However, when I go to the Disney+ app to sign in, it tells me my credit card information is needed to complete my subscription. When I go to my account info, it tells me that I am have Verizon subscription. I do not need to know How to start the process of signing up for Disney+, I just need to know what I need to do to get through this issue.If I need to talk to Disney+ about it, that is fine, I just need someone to tell me if this is a Verizon issue or a Disney+ issue. I am very frustrated with customer service on both ends, as both are having weight times in excess of one hour.

We extend our sincere apologies for any frustration that was caused when setting up Disney+. 

Our goal is to make sure you are able to get the free offer. Please remove the app and install it again. Once you log in, do you still get an option to enter a payment method? Did you happen to cancel the enrollment? If not, please DO NOT cancel because that will cause an extended wait time to get the offer added because you will one get one promotion code per email address. 

Disney+ is not able to assist with the enrollment process.

Same issue and I have deleted the app and still doesn't work.

Something was done wrong. Had zero issue signing up at launch. Anything Disney+ related is on Disney.
