I have been trying to get my issue resolved since JANUARY! I have been repeatedly contacting Verizon regarding my phone credit but all I get it is “you will see it on your next bill.” The representatives do not care about customer service. They just blame the last representative about not completing the process or not following the steps correctly. They trick you into thinking it will be an easy process just to get the sale and then leave you to deal with the mess later. I am extremely disappointed in the service. Verizon only cares about collecting the bill on time but doesn’t have enough integrity to provide the service they promise and charge for!
