So we are trying to set up mobile hot spot on I phone 7+
we go into iPhone settings> then cellular>then set up personal hotspot
we click the ‘set up personal hotspot’ and window that says go to a webpage on Verizon pops up -we click the link and it gives us the following webpage
Https://mobile.vzw.com/hybridClient/nvm/hotspot
this is what is on that page... which is not helpful

we are in the hospital for my dads cancer. We just want to watch Netflix. Can anyone tell us what to do please?

What plan are you on? Does it allow hotspot use?
What device are you trying to connect to the phone?
Is there a good cellular signal indoors?

We are on old version of unlimited plan, so we believe it allows it.
I pad pro 2019 needs to be connected to hotspot.
Prettt good cell signal - I typically have 4 bars

The error described above tells us that the Start Unlimited plan is the plan you are on. Regrettably your plan must be updated as Start Unlimited does not include Personal Hotspot or Mobile Hotspot.
