GoWireless fraud

Hey, did anyone else have a problem with the fraud perpetrated by GoWireless and Verizon?  I was sold a "lifetime" warranty on my screen protector, only to have it changed (without my knowledge) to a 2 year warranty.  I didn't find out about the change until after the two years had expired.  Unfortunately neither Go Wireless, nor Verizon (where I was sold the product) will return my emails or phone calls.  If anyone had any success in reaching them, I sure would like to know your secret.

Thanks,

Do you have the text of the original 'lifetime' warranty?

First you say GoWirless then you say you got it from Verizon which was it?

It was in a Verizon store.  They were the ones who sold me the product.  When I went to get the screen protector replaced, they indicated the "lifetime warranty" was through GoWireless.  It sounded a lot like passing the buck.  I've contacted customer service with both companies and did not receive a return email or phone call.

I probably have the documentation somewhere (but it's not handy right now) as I usually keep all that information.  The store readily admits that I had a lifetime warranty, but states that GoWireless just changed it on their own.  The salesperson indicated that they had many complaints about this.

Just because it's says Verizon does not mean it's a corporate Verizon store. Exact location please because you are being confusing. Verizon would not sell you anything through GoWireless

This isn't Go Wireless.

Verizon has zero to do with indirect policies.

Neither actually makes screen protectors. That's an OEM that has a logo slapped on. If you have any proof the original was lifetime, use that at Go Wireless -- calling into VZW is wasting your time and the agent's time who can't help you.

Thanks for the help.  The salesperson in the Verizon store said it is GoWireless and gave me the email address for the person in charge of these issues.  Unfortunately they don't respond.  This same salesperson was able to look this up in store before informing me of this change.  He reported that this was a GoWireless issue and that they had received multiple complaints.  I paid the charge on my Verizon bill, that is the reason I cited that they both have some responsibility to rectify this situation.

So you were NOT at a Verizon store. You wer at a Verion Premium or Authorized retailer run by Go Wireless. Your issue is with GoWireless not Verizon, if you need ot go to a Verizon store go to a coroporate one
