I really think it depends on what you order.  I ordered a 7+ matte black 128GB.  My CC h as not been charged and I have seen no movement on my pre-order.

From looking at other boards I think that some with a ship date of 10/12 have seen some movement but they are not the same model that I ordered.  Most of what I have see is the 256GB models going out earlier or other colors.
