My sons iPhone keeps getting a text from his number stating “you were unable to receive a text message due to device restrictions or insufficient funds” any time I try to send him the link to re-pair our phones thru the smart family app? I seen a lot of other post about this but does anyone have the solution?!?
It is important that you are able to text your son, Smenges. Are you both on the same account? Is his line on the Just Kids plan? PeterP_VZW
