Horrible cell service, mostly no service bar, Verizions only comments was SORRY.....

We live at Jackson lake, in Butts county Georgia. Seems like starting July 1st almost aways any time of day we have little to no service on our iphones. Why verizion states no issues with towers, and only answer is sorry. Have been a verizion customer for over 10 years.

This occurs inside and out, front of house and back of house.  Never get more than 1 bar, 90 percent of time no service. My phone and my wifes.

What would you want them to say? Someone most likely living in a completely different state who handles billing can't do anything about your service. 

If the towers check fine and you are getting poor service, try a network extender.
