***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. How do I access my device after being locked out?

My iPhone 7 got disabled due to lockscreen.  I then forgot my apple id.  it is now disabled (phone} I have gone through the recovery process, It has now been 4 days??? Pease is there any other way to get back into my phone?  I just started a new job and I NEED my phone

Oh no! I wish you the best of luck with your new job, fell_mom. I really appreciate all the additional steps you’ve already taken to try to get your device unlocked. There are some great steps at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204306 to help with what to do when you’re locked out of your phone. Once your phone is locked out due to the Apple ID though, you’ll need to try the steps at “What if I forget my Apple ID password” section at https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201365 to reset the ID. It sounds like you may have already started down that recovery path, so I ask that you reach out to Apple directly at https://support.apple.com/contact to verify your identity an alternative way and unlock your Apple ID to unlock your device. I’m confident Apple will be able to walk you through the necessary steps to get your phone back in working order.
