How do I set a ringtone?

How do I set a music ringtone for myself and contacts other than choices that are on the phone

I always like having special ringtones for certain people, peaves. You will go to iTunes and purchase any ringtones you would like. Once you download them, you can go to your Settings/Sounds and it will be listed there for you to set as you would like.
