Thru Assurion I returned a non working iPhone 7 at a Verizon-Bartlett store. Am now getting messages I didn’t turn off the ‘find my iphone’. Store connected to computer but it could not be turned off
BARUNG82, we understand the importance on being able to turn off the Find My iPhone feature on a phone that you already turned in.
