My iPhone 7+ appears to have quit working. There is no dial tone. When I try to call a number, it shows the timer working as though the call has connected but I haave no sound coming over the phone. Who do I call at Verizon?
We absolutely want to make sure you're able to make calls on your iPhone 7 +. When did this start? Are you able to receive calls? Does this happen on speakerphone or headset as well?
